No, all courses must be paid for in full before the first class.

Courses are not refundable and not transferable to other classes, if cancelled within less than 2 weeks before the first class.

Multiple course offers are not partially refundable. You need to commit to the whole course, you are not allowed to cancel individual lessons even if within cancelation policy.

We have one week cancelation policy for our private lessons so if you need to reschedule or cancel any of the classes please let Michael know 7 days in advance, otherwise full fee will be charged.

Absolutely! Individuals are welcome at all courses, but equal numbers of men and women cannot be guaranteed.

We rotate partners as variety is key to mastering the art of ballroom dancing! During the class you will be asked to switch partners in order to experience dancing the steps you’ve learnt with other people. Of course you don’t need a partner to sign up for any of the courses, individuals are always welcome.

There is no dress code, but smart-casual comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. You’re welcome to wear dance shoes, but shoes with rubber soles or soft shoes like trainers are not recommended as they can restrict the flow of your movement and make learning the steps more challenging. Yes, you can attend any of the modules as your first one. They are both designed at the same level and can be done in any order.

To protect the privacy of other participants, recording the class is not allowed. However, you will be able to record Michael dancing the routine learnt during the class at the end of the lesson.

Michael has plenty of expert dance tips and techniques you can use to help memorise the steps. Authorised recordings of classes are posted in the Student Portal to watch and remind yourselves of the steps. You can discover more tips in Michael’s video blog below.

All group classes are stricktly adults only, you need to be 18+ to sign up for any of the courses.

We decided to give all our clients 3 years since the beginning of pandemic to redeem any credits. Please contact us before 28th Feb 2023 to claim your pre covid credits. After that date we do not accept any pre pandemic credits.

Pre paid group and private classes credits are normally valid for a year.

Gift Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable to other classes, courses or workshops. The date of purchase might not be shown on the voucher so please contact us to find out when your gift voucher expires.
